Totu\u0219i, oarecum paradoxal, genera\u021biile produse de acest \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt, din ce \u00een ce mai prost, sunt mai bine adaptate \u00een economia real\u0103. Except\u00e2nd perioada imediat de dup\u0103 finalizarea studiilor (c\u00e2nd 40% dintre tineri ezit\u0103 s\u0103 se integreze profesional), genera\u021biile recente au o mare adaptabilitate, o disponibilitate pentru reorientarea profesional\u0103, o capacitate dubl\u0103 de a accepta job-uri sub nivelul calific\u0103rii, dar \u0219i o apeten\u021b\u0103 antreprenorial\u0103 crescut\u0103. Dar competen\u021bele aprofundate, care s\u0103 duc\u0103 la rentabilitate \u0219i plus-valoare, sunt destul de mici, iar disponibilitatea nu poate \u021bine dec\u00e2t p\u00e2n\u0103 la un anumit punct, locul oportunit\u0103\u021bii reale \u0219i al capacit\u0103\u021bii efective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cauzele sunt numeroase. Subfinan\u021barea cronic\u0103 are cel mai mare impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe fondul subfinan\u021b\u0103rii (care a \u00eenceput din anii 1980 \u0219i \u00eempline\u0219te patru decenii), \u00eentreaga baz\u0103 a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului, de la facilit\u0103\u021bi \u0219colare la resursa uman\u0103, s-a depreciat, iar solu\u021bia, chiar \u0219i \u00een cazul situa\u021biilor fericite, a fost restr\u00e2ngerea la esen\u021bial a obiectivelor vizate. \u0218coala s-a transformat \u00eentr-un exerci\u021biu de dopaj (cognitiv) pentru examenele na\u021bionale, cu un focus pe materiile cuprinse \u00een aceste examene, sacrific\u00e2ndu-se o dezvoltare echilibrat\u0103 (orele de muzic\u0103, educa\u021bie plastic\u0103, civic\u0103, educa\u021bie fizic\u0103 \u0219.m.a. sunt v\u0103zute ca un lest \u0219i uneori abandonate \u00een favoarea cursurilor pe baza c\u0103rora se verific\u0103 indicatorii calitativi). Lipsa (\u00een practic\u0103) a acestor cursuri sau tratarea lor superficial\u0103 nu are ecou \u00een cuantificarea rezultatelor \u0219colare, deci nu este enumerat\u0103 printre probleme, dar restr\u00e2nge radical capacitatea de \u00een\u021belegere a elevilor, puterea de opera\u021bionalizare, precum \u0219i capacitatea de a urm\u0103ri dinamica lumii contemporane, muta\u021biile profunde, av\u00e2nd drept consecin\u021b\u0103 diminuarea mobilit\u0103\u021bii intelectuale necesare pe termen lung pentru adaptarea la inerente provoc\u0103ri \u0219i \u0219ocuri profesionale \u0219i socio-economice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O alt\u0103 cauz\u0103 este c\u0103 reformele nu se bazeaz\u0103 pe cercet\u0103ri complexe socio-demografice \u0219i economice. Asemenea studii exist\u0103 &#8211; poate nu at\u00e2t de fine c\u00e2t s\u0103 poat\u0103 sus\u021bine politici eficiente, dar exist\u0103. Ele sunt uneori cuprinse \u0219i \u00een expunerea de motive ale unora dintre reforme. Dar nu mai sunt urm\u0103rite dincolo de acest statement general. \u00cen textul legii ele sunt adesea sacrificate contra unor argumente de tip sindical, administrativ, de interes economic sau, pur \u0219i simplu, pentru a fi conservat\u0103 o c\u00e2t mai mare parte din structura \u0219i cutuma sistemului educativ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen al treilea r\u00e2nd, curricula este proiectat\u0103 cutumiar, dup\u0103 modele din secolul 20, devenite (par\u021bial) incompatibile. \u0218tiin\u021bele nu mai comunic\u0103 \u00eentre ele, cuno\u0219tin\u021bele dob\u00e2ndite la o materie nu fac corp comun cu cele de la o alt\u0103 materie afin\u0103. Fiecare disciplin\u0103 are un culoar propriu pe care alearg\u0103 cu propriul curriculum.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen al patrulea r\u00e2nd, exist\u0103 o prea mare neglijen\u021b\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de fenomene (artistice \u0219i \u0219tiin\u021bifice) contemporane. Matematica pare c\u0103 s-a oprit \u00een secolul 19 (la nivel teoretic) \u0219i ignor\u0103 complet lipsa nevoii reale de a face calcule cu pixul pe h\u00e2rtie c\u00e2nd un app se achit\u0103 mai bine de aceast\u0103 sarcin\u0103. \u00cen epoca tehnologiilor smart, accentul ar trebui s\u0103 pice pe filosofia \u0219i istoria matematicii, pe semnifica\u021bia \u0219i for\u021ba unei metode de calcul sau a unui stil de diagram\u0103. \u00cen contrapartid\u0103, artele contemporane se strecoar\u0103 \u00een coada unor capitole, ca un fenomen accidental \u0219i cu o leg\u0103tur\u0103 sub\u021bire cu materia clasicist\u0103 \u0219i clasicizant\u0103 care constituie baza disciplinelor (din care totu\u0219i lipse\u0219te o \u201ematerie\u201d precum Literatura universal\u0103 \u0219i orice dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te fereastra \u00eengust\u0103 a autohtoniz\u0103rii). La fel, de\u0219i filmul este consumat de 98% din popula\u021bie, el nu-\u0219i g\u0103se\u0219te un loc \u00eentre materii, cum nu o face nici media \u0219i nici aspectele sociale ale comunic\u0103rii \u2013 de la mari baze de date la fake news. Se pierde astfel \u00eenc\u0103 un link cu preocup\u0103rile reale, cu centre de interes efectiv ale elevului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen al cincilea r\u00e2nd, educa\u021bia privat\u0103 inspir\u0103 mult mai mult\u0103 \u00eencredere dec\u00e2t cea de stat, de\u0219i, \u00een cazul \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului preuniversitar, planul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt r\u0103m\u00e2ne acelea\u0219i.
